A reliable weekly booking, without the back and forth
We rent fields for small adult recreational 11v11 groups on weeknights. Our requests are specific, our groups are self-managed, and we only ask once we already have the players.
What a request from us looks like
- Format and headcount: 11v11, about 30 adults
- Preferred evenings and kickoff (17:30 or 18:00)
- Weekly bookings, four consecutive weeks to start
- Whether we need lighting
- Our budget range, stated up front
- Six direct questions: availability, rate, insurance, weather policy, restrictions, how to hold the slot
What you can expect from the group
- One point of contact — us — not twenty individual players
- No referees, no spectators to speak of, no equipment left behind
- Players who confirmed attendance in advance; we fill absences ourselves
- Every player accepted written conduct rules at registration
- Certificate of insurance where required
- Prompt payment and a clear cancellation understanding
