What you agree to when you register

1. Eligibility

You must be an adult and physically able to take part in recreational soccer. You affirm this at registration.

2. The registration fee

The $1 fee is charged once, creates your paid registration, and reserves your place in the formation process for the areas you select. It is non-refundable. It does not guarantee an immediate game, a specific field, time, team, or opponent. It is not credited toward membership.

3. Membership

Membership billing — Amateur or Competitive, at the rate shown on the pricing page when you register — begins only after your first completed game. You may change division at the end of any cycle and cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle.

4. Self-officiated play

Games have no referee. A volunteer game captain provides organisation, not officiating. You accept responsibility for playing safely and resolving ordinary disagreements respectfully. You may be asked, or randomly assigned, to act as game captain; you may opt out of future assignments.

5. Assumption of risk

Soccer carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own fitness, footwear and insurance. Fields are provided by third parties whose rules you must follow.

6. Conduct

You agree to the community rules. Dangerous, threatening, discriminatory or abusive conduct — on the field or in messages — may result in a warning, suspension or permanent removal, at our discretion and without refund.

7. Attendance

You agree to answer attendance requests truthfully and promptly. No-shows and late cancellations are recorded and affect your priority for substitute offers.

8. Automated decisions

Team placement, scheduling, substitute ordering and captain selection are made automatically using the rules described on this site. Every such decision is logged and can be reviewed by an administrator on request.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel future participation at any time from your profile. Games we cancel — for weather, venue problems or insufficient players — do not entitle you to a refund of the registration fee.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. — Weeknight FC
