Balanced rosters, one game a week, same field and time where possible. No uniforms: white or dark, alternating.

American Fork has an established soccer culture, which changes how a queue fills. Players here tend to sign up in groups, know their positions, and rate themselves accurately, all of which makes team balancing easier and the first cycle better. It also means the Amateur and Competitive divisions separate sooner: the city has enough competitive players that a faster division can form once the numbers allow.
